Appeals/Certiorari

Appellate briefs and especially petitions for certiorari are typically far more complicated than a trial brief. I have extensive experience with both and would be happy to assist you or handle it completely.

Case Assessment

I can assess your case and offer opinions on strategy and likelihood of success. I can point out possible procedural and substantive issues and suggest improvements.

Document analysis

I have extensive experience reviewing huge amounts of documents, especially financially related documents. My experience will allow me to review and analyze any large number of documents in a fast, efficient manner.

Editing

I can review and edit your brief or other pleadings for style, grammar and citation details. I can help with consistency and brevity. The shorter the brief, the better.

Rates for Services

Rates are generally hourly, with a base rate of $250/hour for brief writing, appeals and consultation, and $150/hour for document review. All rates are open to adjustment depending on the type of case and circumstance.
