If you don't have time for me to write a brief or pleading, or just want someone to review, edit or consult, then I am happy to help.  I have always had someone review and edit my briefs. While many law firms have plenty of people to do this in house, some don't have that luxury. No matter how good you think something is, it is always better to have a fresh set of eyes look at it. I have extensive experience doing this.

In the appellate situation, it is always best to assess your chances and your strategy at the outset. A lot of times you have to narrow your argument to your best chance, as too broad of an argument is likely to fail. This is especially true in the federal court of appeals, or when seeking en banc review or attempting a petition for certiorari. In conjunction with handling an appeal or writing the briefs, I can offer my experience to assist you.
